After a year working for Grand Designs in Leeds, Matthew is now in Bournemouth doing an MA in 3D Computer Animation. It's a full twelve month course so he won't finish until next September. Matt seems to be enjoying himself there. He'll be home for Christmas as will Warwick, and Joan's mum. Wes and Deborah join us on Monday 29th for a few days.

Mum

Joan's mum suffered an aneurysm in her only good eye earlier this year so she has very little sight left. It's been difficult for her to adapt and get used to the gadgets designed to help her live at home. Her friends in the church have been very supportive. She's usually in good spirits but it's not easy.
We go down to visit more often now and phone her most days.
