I’m reading up about small group leadership in prep for the Learn2Lead course I’m running. This is from the book “Equipped to lead a cell community” by Liz West and Trevor Withers.
Within the community the number of contributing relationships is made up of the sum of all the individual relationships … and can be calculated as follows:Number in group = n
((n x n) – n)/2
So if there are six in the group there are 15 relationships, 9 has 36 and 15 an impossible 105. The group size has to therefore be limited so that quality relationships can be maintained.
